These terms govern your use of Random Pick Wheel at https://randompickwheel.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Random Pick Wheel is a free browser-based tool that displays a wheel divided into segments and selects one segment at random when spun. It is provided for general use — games, classrooms, giveaways, everyday decisions and similar.

2. No warranty on results

Results are produced by your browser's standard pseudo-random number generator. We make no guarantee that outcomes are suitable for any particular purpose, including regulated lotteries, gambling, legal procedures, or any situation with statutory fairness or audit requirements. You are responsible for deciding whether the Service is appropriate for your use and for complying with any rules that apply to your activity (for example, promotion and sweepstakes law in your jurisdiction).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or to facilitate illegal gambling;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • scrape, frame, or resell the Service in a way that misrepresents it as your own;
  • use it to harass, defame, or target individuals.

4. Your content

The entries you type stay in your browser and, if you share a link, are encoded in that link (see the Privacy Policy). You are solely responsible for the content you put on a wheel and for anyone you share it with. Do not enter sensitive personal data.

5. Intellectual property

The Random Pick Wheel name, design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may link to the Service and use it as intended. You may not copy the site's content or code to operate a competing service without permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to third-party sites and, if enabled, may display ads or load analytics provided by third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Random Pick Wheel and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any decision made or action taken based on a result it produced. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service, which is zero.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
