Tip: paste a list from a spreadsheet or document — each line becomes a segment.

Giveaway Winner Picker Wheel

Pick a random giveaway or contest winner on a wheel everyone can watch. Paste your entrants, spin, and draw multiple prizes with no repeats.

A draw people can watch

The credibility of a giveaway comes from everyone seeing the winner chosen. A giveaway winner wheel puts every entrant on screen as an equal slice and picks one live. No spreadsheet formula behind the scenes, no “trust me”.

Run the draw

  1. Prepare the list. Paste your entrants into the entries box, one per line. Deduplicate first if your platform allows multiple entries and you only want one slice per person.
  2. Handle bonus entries by listing a name more than once — two lines for someone with a double entry.
  3. Go live. Share your screen or stream the page so the audience sees the wheel.
  4. Spin for first place. Announce the winner from the pop-up.
  5. More prizes? With Remove the winner after each spin on, keep spinning — each winner is removed, so no one wins twice.
  6. Keep the record. The Results tab lists every winner in order; screenshot it for your records.

Before you start

  • State the rules and close entries before you build the wheel.
  • Decide in advance what happens if a winner does not claim within your deadline — usually “spin again for a replacement”.
  • Check the promotion rules for your country and platform. This tool picks a name; it does not make your giveaway compliant.

Why a wheel over a formula

A hidden random function is faster but invites doubt. A wheel is a few seconds slower and removes the doubt entirely, because the fairness is on screen. For community giveaways, that trade is almost always worth it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I load my entrant list?

Clear the sample usernames and paste your list — one entrant per line. It can be usernames, names, email prefixes or ticket numbers.

How do I draw first, second and third place?

Turn on "Remove the winner after each spin". Spin for first place; that name leaves the wheel. Spin again for second, and again for third.

How do I show it was fair?

Spin live on stream or screen-share so entrants see the full list on the wheel and the spin happen in real time. The Results tab records every draw.

Is this suitable for a legally regulated prize draw?

No. It uses a standard browser random generator, not an audited system. For draws with legal or licensing requirements, use a provider built for that.
